7-Day Satisfaction Window

Once your first session has taken place or materials have been accessed, the engagement is considered started and is non-refundable, reflecting the time and customization already delivered.

Why We Have This Policy

Our policy balances a fair window to change your mind with the realities of what we deliver:

• Sessions are scheduled and held specifically for you
• Materials and frameworks are personalized to your goals
• Coaching time, once delivered, can't be reclaimed

Payment Plans

Clients who choose a payment plan are responsible for completing scheduled payments for sessions already delivered. If you'd like to pause or adjust a payment plan before your next session, contact us — we're happy to work with you.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If something isn't right, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a bank dispute. We respond to all chargebacks with the relevant session and communication records.
